Linda Frankland

Having spent many enjoyable hours reading to both my children and now my grandchildren I have discovered a love of writing in poetry form. It gives me great pleasure to engage with children through stories and help them with education in learning new skills and vocabulary. I love to see them getting lost in the wonders of a new story just as much as I do.



With a background in hospitality and gardening, I have been fortunate in gaining skills and experience in many areas but one of my favourite occupations was when I was a swimming instructor, teaching children of all ages to swim. Watching the joy and pleasure a child feels in learning something new is immeasurable to me and I hope to continue that through my writing.
